Catholic Charities has long been a pillar of hope and stability in Sonoma and Napa counties. Now, as we step into the future with a refreshed brand, we reaffirm our commitment to dignity, compassion, and transformative impact. Our new identity reflects the deep connections we share with our community and our mission to amplify our reach across Northwest California. This is more than a new look - it’s a renewed promise to walk alongside those in need, creating pathways to stability and opportunity for all.

Catholic leaders reaffirm that every person possesses inherent dignity, regardless of their citizenship or immigration status. They call for humane immigration enforcement that respects sensitive spaces and preserves trust within communities.

The collaborative efforts between Catholic Charities and Santa Rosa Community Health (SRCH) have significantly enhanced health care accessibility for Sonoma County’s homeless population by co-locating services which reduce emergency room visits and improve care coordination. Programs like CalAIM have further supported these efforts by providing critical case management and funding. Policy recommendations suggest that extending capacity-building funds and expanding billing options will better support vulnerable populations. Together, these initiatives are transforming health and housing outcomes for individuals experiencing homelessness. Please read our joint policy paper to learn more about what's working and our recommendations to address and prevent homelessness in our community.
