- Requirements: Client Facing Volunteer Packet, which includes Application, Guidelines, Liability, Media, and Fingerprint/background check
- Greet individuals who enter the lobby
- Provide resources, answer the phone, and take messages
- Bilingual preferred for Caritas lobby, required for Airway
